This service includes the supply, delivery and installation of a new, high quality digital aerial suitable for the local reception conditions. It includes installation of suitable galvanised mounting brackets, aerial masting (up to 3m in length), a single surface mounted down-lead cable to your digital receiver equipment (up to 15m in length), connection to your existing Freeview box/TV, tuning and demonstration of the digital services. It does not include the supply or initial set-up of the Freeview box/TV. It does not include connections into any additional rooms, however additional points may be purchased on site. Tech Support will call within 48 hours to arrange a convenient date for the delivery and installation of your digital aerial.We will complete digital and analogue signal testing before beginning the installation, to ensure signal strength is sufficient (minimum 45DB and 40DB at STB): if strengths are lower once installed, bad weather could cause interference.All wall entry holes will be properly sealed against the elements using silicon sealant and appropriate internal/external weather covers. The Tech Support team are equipped for most domestic aerial installations, however are unable to install where specialised access equipment(hoists/cranes), specialised signal filters (clusters/filters/levellers) or road closure permits are required.In situations where a non-standard call requires additional materials to effectively complete an installation, some additional charges may be applied onsite, e.g. an amplifier may be required in a fringe reception area.
