Wii Fit has 4 exercise categories to choose from, namely yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance games, and can allow up to 8 players to store and keep track of their progress. Upon starting the game for the first time the software will give you your BMI and Wii Fit age, both of which can be monitored and improved over time, along with other areas where Wii Fit will tell you your strengths and areas you need to improve on. Wii Fit is suitable for people aged 3 years and over.
