Artist Info: Born in 1948, Yoshizo Kawasaki lives in Osaka, Japan, where he is a college lecturer in Photography and Design. His work centres on the Japanese landscape and nature. His photographs use abstract compositions to emphasize the natural patterns and designs found in his native environment. All the pictures are from Japan, but the subject matter is timeless, leaving a 'pure impression of place'.
